Inside the Core
At the heart of it is a quartz tube, filled with halogen. That halogen cycle does something smart: it keeps the tungsten filament clean by recycling it chemically. So the tube doesn’t blacken, and the output stays steady over the life of the heater. You get a long burn life without that annoying fade you see with standard infrared elements. The connector is the industrial-standard R7s, made for high temperatures. It’s secure, simple to wire, and it stays put even when the machine is vibrating.
